Interactive Chat
At the time, Embrace Home Loans did not have the resources or manpower with any kind of chat function. To solve this problem, I worked with one of my developers to create an interactive “decision tree” which was able to collect more customer information than the typical contact form. This made it easier for loan officers to reach out to potential customers.
